BlueSky Consultants have helped many organizations redesign and build a new eCommerce site on WebSphere Commerce. Scope Definition
Dedicated BlueSky Consultants will evaluate your site's requirements and recommend the best approach for implementation. Once the overall strategy is decided upon, a BlueSky Project Manager will work with your organization to develop an overall project plan and deliverables using the BluePrint Methodology.
Design
Once we have a clear picture of the site's requirements and objectives, we'll work with your organization to develop the overall site experience. Deliverables during this stage often include sitemaps, wireframes, and design compositions. BlueSky Consultants often partner with 3rd party design agencies to accommodate the creative design and user interface.
Custom Development and Systems Integration
Our BlueSky team of experts will assess the functional requirements of each customization or integration and determine how to best implement each customization in a way that will assure their compatibility with future upgrades.
In addition, our development team can build custom data migration tools to transfer data from your new eCommerce application back to your legacy system in the event that your organization should need to keep existing data systems up-to-date with information from WebSphere Commerce.
