WebSphere Commerce Management Center includes the following types of email features:

  • Triggered Transactional and Behavioral Email: Whether it's an Order Notification or a Shopping Cart Abandonment Reminder, emails can be automated to trigger based on transactional or behavioral activities on the website.
  • Account Updates: Send Password Reminders, Wish Lists, Gift Registry Updates, and more.
  • Pre-built Email Templates: An Email Template Editor is available with a number of templates in which users can add a personalized name, date, specific product information, and other dynamically personalized attributes. In addition, users can assign specific customer segments to each email type.
