BlueSky Technology Partners Inc. awarded for being a best place to work in Indiana for the fifth year in a row

NOBLESVILLE, Ind.- Last night, BlueSky Technology Partners Inc. was recognized as a 2015 Best Place to Work in Indiana at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis.

Announced by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in February, and selected through a process of both employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys (conducted by The Best Companies Group), BlueSky is honored to be receiving this award for the fifth year in a row.

Of the companies selected, only 67 of the honorees selected were on the list last year. According to Indiana Chamber President and CEO Kevin Brinegar, “A record-breaking number of applicants, approaching 200, has made the program more competitive.”

“…This group truly showcases a cream of the crop of Hoosier employers,” Brinegar said, “These are organizations that demonstrate to their employees through their culture, communication, career opportunities, benefits and more how much they value their contributions to the overall success and bottom line.”

Winners were selected from four categories: small companies, medium companies, large companies and major companies. BlueSky was selected under the small company category (defined by having between 15 and 74 U.S. employees) for the 2015 awards. With BlueSky having exceptional growth in 2014, BlueSky will jump up to compete with other medium-sized Indiana companies next year.

“Being recognized as a Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber for the fifth year in a row brings about great pride to all of us at BlueSky,” BlueSky CEO Todd Irwin said. “We’ve worked hard to maintain our core attributes and improve in all areas during these years of high growth and I am very proud.”

Eric Warne, BlueSky’s COO, elaborated on the family culture of BlueSky.

“I believe our family culture has a lot to do with us earning this designation again,” Warne said. “That, and our efforts to always improve as an employer each year. We truly do try to make BlueSky a great place to work and being named a Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber for the fifth year in a row reaffirms we’re on the right track.”
